Learn how your messaging usage impacts your Norby invoice, and discover how to review your charges.
You might already know which Norby Plan you are using, but your total bill could differ based on your SMS, MMS, and email usage. No need to worry though! You can easily check a comprehensive summary of your charges, including any excess charges, directly in Norby. You can also view your bill as a PDF invoice for a detailed breakdown.

From the Norby Dashboard, navigate to the upper right-hand corner and hover over the profile avatar.

Click Account & Settings

In the Billing tab, scroll down to Invoices

Click on Stripe Portal. From here you can see a list of your complete billing history and download each invoice.

View your total usage in Norby
From the Norby Dashboard, navigate to the upper right-hand corner and hover over the profile avatar.
- Click Account & Settings
- Navigate to the Usage tab
- From here you can view:
- Your current billing period
- Usage graph by day or week
- Total usage for billing period
- Estimated bill based on current usage
In the "Estimated Bill" section, we show you how much your SMS and Email usage costs in plain money terms. We do this so that any discounts you're entitled to can be applied correctly. No matter what plan you're on, you'll always see at least three things in your bill:
- the cost of your Norby Plan
- the cost of your SMS and email messages
- any discount that applies
The discount you receive matches the number of SMS and email messages included in your chosen plan. If you happen to send more messages than your plan allows, you'll go beyond your allotted limit. This will lead to an overage, and as a result, your bill will show a higher cost than your usual monthly rate.

Please keep in mind the following when calculating overages:
- Additional Domestic SMS billed at $0.015/msg
- Additional Domestic MMS billed at $0.03/msg
- Additional Emails billed at $0.001/msg
