Streamline virtual events via Norby's integration with Zoom.
Features
Norby users on the Growth and Pro plans are able to take advantage of the integration with Zoom. These are a few of the benefits for utilizing the integration:
- Seamlessly create Zoom meetings and add Zoom links to your virtual events, consultations, etc...
- With the help of Norby's analytics, see which registrants joined the event.
Integration requirements
- You must be an administrator or owner of the Norby account.
- The Norby account must be on a paid plan.
- You must have admin permissions in the Zoom account.
Connect Norby and Zoom
- In your Norby account, click the profile icon in the top right corner, then select Integrations.
- Zoom will be the first option on the Integrations page.
- Click Connect under Zoom.
- In the dialog box, enter your Zoom login credentials, then click Sign in.
- You'll be prompted to grant permission for Norby to access your Zoom account. Click Allow.
- You'll be redirected back to Norby, where you'll see Zoom appear as a connected Integration. You’re done!
Disconnecting
- Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "Norby" app.
- Click the "Norby" app.
- Click Remove.
Note: If you open an event that’s connected to Zoom, but your Zoom account has become disconnected from Norby, we’ll now gracefully handle that and allow you to reconnect the relevant Zoom account without leaving the event builder.
