Usage
View your estimated billing, SMS and email usage, and more under Account & Settings on your Norby dashboard.
Depending on your Norby plan, you have a fixed number of SMS, MMS, and email sends each month. You can track your usage here:
https://my.norby.live/YOURACCOUNT/account?view=usage
On the Usage tab on the Account page, you can view:
- Your current billing period
- Usage graph by day or week
- Total usage for billing period
- Estimated bill based on current usage
Note that at the beginning of each billing period, you are charged for your plan for the upcoming month as well as any overage charges/SMS, MMS, and email usage from the previous month. With any questions on billing, please reach out to support@withnorby.com
