Newsletter analytics

With newspaper analytics you can view what you sent out to your subscribers and how many people received your email.

To reach the Newsletter section of your Norby account, please follow these steps:

  • From the Norby dashboard, select Newsletter from the left-hand menu.
  • You will land on the Published section of the Newsletter page.
  • Now, you'll want to hover over the Newsletter you'd like to view Analytics on.
  • After hovering over the Newsletter, you'll see the following option:
    • View, Analytics, Share, and More


  • As we want to view Analytics, let's go ahead and click that option.


Overview of Newsletter Analytics


Newsletter analytics enables you to view the following items:

  • Total Email Sends
  • Total Opens
  • Unique Opens


In the instance that one of your newsletter subscribers reported your email as spam, provided an invalid email upon signup, or unsubscribed - these can all be viewed in the Analytics section where you can see which contact(s) falls into that category.


Lastly, if you included any links in the newsletter body you'll be able to view Analytics for that particular link under the Links section of Newsletter analytics.
