Quickly export or transfer your contacts and contact lists from Norby.
Exporting All Contacts
To reach the Export section of your Norby account, please follow these steps:
- From the Norby dashboard, navigate to the right-hand corner menu.
- Hover over your profile photo to generate the dropdown menu.
- Select the Account & Settings option.
- From the Account & Settings page, click on the Export option.
- From the Export page, choose Export all contacts as shown below.
Exporting Contact Lists
Quickly organize and export your saved contact lists for a customized view of your data—your way.
- Select the contact list you want to export. You can do this by clicking on the visible tabs or by clicking on View All Lists.
- Navigate to the bottom right of the page and click on Options.
- Select Export CSV
- You'll then be notified that your export is being processed.
- When your export is ready, you’ll receive an email at the address on file for your account which includes a link to download your CSV.
Overview of the Contact Export CSV
The export will generate a CSV with any of the provided fields from your Contacts:
- First Name
- Phone Number
- Opted into Email marketing (Yes = TRUE; No = FALSE)
- Opted into SMS marketing (Yes = TRUE; No = FALSE)
- Id
- Primary Email
- Emails (all emails for the contact, if applicable)
- Nickname
- Display name
- Instagram handles
- Twitter handles
- Last Name
- The columns in the CSV will match the columns of your contact list, meaning they are fully customizable. Need a certain property/column in your CSV? Just add it to your list and export.

How to export Event or Signup registrants
To export all Contacts who have registered for an Event or Signup, navigate to the Analytics view of the Event or Signup you would like to export. You can Export all registrants by selecting Export at the top right of the screen.
