How do I customize event notifications?
Make sure your Audience has everything they need to know about your Event once they register with SMS and/or Email notifications.
When someone registers for an event, they can receive an SMS and/or Email confirmation based on the settings you chose when building the event, and the information you are collecting from your audience. We recommend enabling notifications and customizing the messaging to ensure your Audience shows up with all the information they need.
You can set your Event notifications settings in the Notifications tab of the Event builder. You can use message variables to reference Event Details.
You can also set an Event Start notification to remind Registrants to attend once your Event is kicking off.
You can test each send before you finalize it to ensure the formatting and messaging is exactly how you choose.
