Cancelling an Event

Sometimes events don't work out and you need to cancel. Here's how to cancel an event and make your registrants aware.

 

  • From the Events page, select the Event you need to cancel.
  • Choose the Cancel/Delete option.

If the event has received one, or multiple registrations, the Norby system will prompt you to send an sms or email to notify them of the cancellation. Please see examples below:

After selecting the I'm sure option, the notification message will be sent and the event will be deleted from your Norby account.
